Internationalizing Standards and Curriculum
If you are looking to globalize your classroom, begin by examining your standards. The document on the left demonstrates how to take an existing standard, integrate a global perspective into the standard, modify lesson plans, and utilize informal assessments. Next, create unit plans based on the Understanding by Design framework. The document on the right shows how to weave global competencies into every stage of the learning process, including your objectives, formative and summative assessments, and student learning experiences.

International Project Based Learning Opportunities
